Refunds & Returns
Please contact us on 02 6379 0848 within 7 working days of recieving your product if it is faulty, after 7 days faulty items are handled by the respective vendor, where the item should be replaced at the vendors expense. A list of contact numbers will be listed here soon.
Items will not be refunded if you make a wrong purchase, or you did not check the product specifications prior to purchase.
This is stipulated by the Dept Of Fair Trading, and Castlenet Computer Services is within its own rights to refuse a refund if any of the above occurs.
